Registration Rates

Registration: Member Workshop registration includes membership for 2025-2026. NSPAA membership lasts for a 12-month period, which is effective July 1 and expires June 30. 

The member rate is available to individuals employed by a Historically Black College or University who are actively engaged in or seek to become involved in research and sponsored projects. All individuals currently employed at an HBCU should select this rate.

Note: A credit card processing fee (3.5%) will be added to your transaction.

Registration Postmark: To avoid additional registration costs, attendees paying by check should work with their institutional offices to ensure that the correct registration amount will be postmarked by the registration deadlines indicated. A copy of the postmark with indication of the additional registration cost may be sent to the registrant’s attention if checks are not postmarked within 10 business days of the window selected. For example, if the Early Bird rate ends on February 28, the check should be postmarked by March 14. If the check payment is not received within 30 days of receiving your registration confirmation, your registration may be (1) updated to the lowest available rate at the time or (2) cancelled.

Cancellation Policy: Written requests for registration refunds must be received on or before April 18, 2025. Notifications of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received will be subject to a $75 registration cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after April 18, 2025. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted with prior written notice to [email protected] no later than May 16, 2025. Emergency requests received in writing after May 16, 2025 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation.

Photography/Recording: By registering for the 29th Annual Technical Assistance Workshop and its associated events, you agree to allow NSPAA to use your photo and/or video footage of you in NSPAA related publications, materials, websites, and/or promotions.
