Registration: Member Workshop registration includes 2024-2025 membership. NSPAA membership lasts for a 12-month period, which is effective July 1 and expires June 30. 

The following types of workshop registrations are available:

• Individual/Institutional: An individual or group of individuals employed by a Historically Black College or University who are actively engaged in or seek to become involved in research and sponsored projects. All individuals currently employed at an HBCU are eligible for and should select this rate.
  
  If you register multiple attendees, each attendee will receive a $25 discount. To take advantage of the group rate, please have all attendees' information ready to complete the registration process.   Select "Additional Registrant" (after the first registrant) to add attendees to the Member Registration.
  Member Early Bird Rate ($555) ends on April 26
  Member Regular Rate ($630) ends on May 17
  Member Onsite Rate ($680) on/after May 18
  
  
• Associate: A non-voting affiliate that is an individual not directly employed at an HBCU but has an interest in sponsored programs administration. 
  Associate Member Early Bird Rate ($530) ends on April 26
  Associate Member Regular Rate ($605) ends on May 17
  Associate Member Onsite Rate ($655) on/after May 18
  
  
• Non-member: An individual attending the Annual Technical Assistance Workshop only.
  Non-member Early Bird Rate ($580) ends on April 26
  Non-member Regular Rate ($655) ends on May 17
  Non-member Onsite Rate ($705) on/after May 18

Photography/Recording: By registering for the 28th Annual Technical Assistance Workshop and its associated events, you agree to allow NSPAA to use your photo and/or video footage of you in NSPAA related publications, materials, websites, and/or promotions.

Cancellation Policy: Written requests for registration refunds must be received on or before May 10, 2024. Notifications of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received will be subject to a $75 registration cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after May 10, 2024. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted with prior written notice to [email protected] no later than May 17, 2024. Emergency requests received in writing after May 17, 2024 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation.
